The TripAdvisor’s Travellers Choice annual awards recognize the best hotels worldwide, basing this distinction on actual valuations provided by millions of travelers who share their experiences on TripAdvisor, the largest travel website worldwide, with 50 million unique visitors per month and 20 million registered users.
Unlike other industry awards, the choice of winners is based on a combination of comments from travelers about the destinations they have visited, their favorite places and overall popularity of the establishments on TripAdvisor.

With a score of 4.5 out of a possible 5, Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf - Spa has been awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence 2012 for the second consecutive year.
In order to obtain this award, the very high quality standards of care and hospitality which distinguish our hotel are fundamental. In the final scores, both the scores as well as the volume of feedback received in the last 12 months are important.

The stress of daily life also affects the kids. The hours they spend in front of their computers or playing video games produce tension in their backs and have an impact on their body posture. Besides, the responsibilities of school work, together with the large number of activities that children and adolescents perform during the year, become a heavy load. It is therefore necessary for them to find a place, suitable for their age and interests, to reconnect and improve their wellbeing.
Therapists specially trained for these activities introduce children to the Spa environment by means of playing games. At "Llao Llao Kids Spa", children between 6 and 12 years of age, will enjoy a Wellness Area consisting of exercise routines that induce relaxation and various therapies adapted to the ages and needs of children. This space is designed to allow parents to accompany their children in the spa experience.
The Llao Llao Kids Spa is tailored to the needs and lifestyles of the younger members of the family, offering programs ranging from yoga classes, massages, facial treatments, hair salon, manicures and pedicures, among others.

We received the award for Best Golf Resort and Best Ski Resort in Argentina in the last edition of the World Travel Awards.
Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf – Spa was distinguished with two awards in the 2011 edition of prestigious World Travel Awards, held in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Llao Llao was recognized for the second consecutive year as the Best Golf Resort in Argentina, an award that highlights its majestic 18-hole golf course, surrounded by lakes Nahuel Huapi and Moreno amidst imposing mountains and ancient forests. The Llao Llao Golf course also has a driving range and wide putting green.

Known as the Oscars of the tourism industry, the World Travel Awards are recognized worldwide. In this 18th edition, the winners were chosen through the voting of over 213 000 industry professionals, travelers and guests, who casted their votes online.

This recognition confirms our commitment at Llao Llao to the permanent care of the environment as well as the high standards achieved by the hotel, giving priority to the natural habitat surrounding Llao Llao Hotel, considering the responsibility that comes with being fully located within the Nahuel Huapi National Park.
Llao Llao’s golf course is the first one in the country to be awarded with this certification, a voluntary international norm which is indispensable to define the elements of an environmental management system in an organization in order to manage their impact on the environment.
To obtain this recognition Llao Llao follows a strict environmental management policy of continuous improvement, including training and a high commitment level of the staff in the area, together with a series of works being carried out for the last 2 years. Among the most important ones we may mention the construction of liquid containers for daily use and the construction of a filtering system to prevent contamination caused by eventual agrochemical or fuel spills.
